how to raise my new born parakeets

I need to know if and how I can raise these new babies on my own. The male killed the mother and started to hurt the babies so I took them away. There was just too much blood. The babies legs are spread eagle and doesn't look like they can walk right. What should I do?

Take a look at this site -  http://www.budgieplace.com/breeding.html - it answers your questions in detail. The spread legs are probably due to a lack of vitamin D. They may correct themselves if give a proper diet. Get a prepared diet from a budgie breeder or pet store. Good luck
