Dominant behavior issues

5 yr Arabian gelding(recently gelded).Stalled most of his life, still very social. Acts like a stallion. Doesn't like to be groomed/touch much by us. Seems to be head shy. How do we get him over his dominant behavior?

This may seem a simple question to you but, I need much more information to give a solid recommendation. I need more details....such as who owns him?  What was his previous life and what are the future goals for him?  The owner's level of experience working with horses and with difficult horses?  Does he have any training at all?  The more information I have, the more concise and correct my recommendations can be.
