Question
ma'am. i mailed u some images of books about horses, stable management, hoof care, basics and advanced show jumping from "". please suggest me which books to buy for riders who are totally new to horses, riding and show jumping

Answer
As a person who has over 2,000 books....about 300 horse books, I obviously like to have a bunch from which to choose.

CENTERED RIDING, and CENTERED RIDING 2, by Sally Swift are musts.
The Denny Emerson book about how riders get good may help people who need guidance and encouragement...more of a self-help book than an instruction manual.

Molly Sivewright has two books out THINKING RIDING and THINKING RIDING TWO are excellent books, LOTS to them but they should be in your library.

Any of the horse care books you mentioned should be fine.
Linda Tellington Jones...her method of working with horses is good. I will look for the exact one you should get as she has several.
Your jumping books all look pretty good.
Littauer is good.....George Morris is more up to date.
William Steinkraus and his book on RIDING AND JUMPING is another good book to have.

The Certified horsemanship Association has a Composite Book out on Riding and an Instructors Book which are both very good.

That will keep you busy for a very long time!
