Question
what all fodder fed to horses lead to ulcers??

Answer
"Fodder" is just a generic name for food given to domestic animals. It includes grain, all types of hay, animal meals, etc.
So to say "all fodder" fed to horses is incorrect. It depends on the horse as to whether or not they will develop ulcers. Just as it depends on different humans. If a horse excretes to much bile in it's bell during digestion, then yes it could develop ulcers. Just as a human would.
So in short, not all "fodder" will give ulcers.
