Question
No, my regard to turnout was in proper horse presentation (ie halter, lead, braided, banded, or simply pulled mane) and exhibitor attire as well as what is asked of the horse and exhibitor.  Thank you again.

Question -
I have a young phenominal looking quarter horse stallion which I bred as a dressage/jumper prospect.  Recently, he has been evaluated by a few prominent quarter horse people in the area and I am interested in marketing him to the quarter horse market as well.  I began my career in Quarter Horses but that was over 15 years ago, and have since basically competed in dressage and jumpers.  What I would like to know, is what is considered appropriate turnout for halter classes for a QH?  I am familiar with hunt seat turnout as it is not much different than normal hunter turnout, but I am lost on halter.  Any advice you could give would be appreciated.  Also, congradulations on the birth of your children and I hope they are improving quickly !

Answer -
Do you mean turnout as in how many people come to the shows? Or something else? Im sorry the lack of sleep is catching up to me haha.

http://www.aqha.com/association/registration/pdf/06completeshowrules.pdf#Page=3     to download the quarter horse rulebook....it has much more stuff in it than I could tell you. It is a wonderfull guide! As far as attire goes, you want the horse to stand out so dont wear anything to flashy like sequins.
