Thinking of breeding my horse

Question
I was thinking of breeding my horse and I do know the research on costs. I was wondering how long can I ride my horse? I heard that people ride their horse until the horse says "no more". I do Team Penning/ cow sorting and was wondering if continuing that activity would be too much of a strain on her? Also, in the beginning stages of pregnancy, can the fetus be absorbed if the mare has too much activity?

hi brit, well i personally think you should not ride a horse hard after four months of age. im not sure if the mare can absorb the fetus at the beginning stages from too much activity. im sure you can call a vet and find out easily. good luck
