trotting solidly for 30minutes

hello. today i trotted a thoroughbred mare solidly(without halting) for 30 minutes. i gripped my knees slightly. am i correct?

Hello Rohit,

When trotting for long times, be sure to observe the horse's breating.  If you feel too much "thumping" in chest, give horse a rest.

I have trotted for 40 miles one day, 40 miles next day and 20 miles third day, but the horse and rider must work up to that endurance capability showly.
