I am sorry that this is out of my area of expertise. I can tell you that your saddle may be connected to a ranch that was located in your neck of the woods- the B.H. Willis ranch near Nome Texas. Obviously, the saddle has great age and you may find some success in asking some antique dealers in your State to see if they can be of more help.
