Can I house my 6 year old female gopher tortoise with a Russian tortoise?

See my answer to your other question.  Short answer is no, mixing species is not a good idea.  People do it, but I've also seen people lose entire groups of tortoises, so my advice on mixing species is to only do it if you're willing to risk losing your tortoises.
