Map Turtles

Question
I have had my turtle since christmas of this year, and one of them has died
already, I have not found out the current cause, i think ir maybe overfeeding
although my other map turtle's shell has started to turn green, which looks
like moss? My water is not dirty 'i dont think' but i do have some rocks in
there. Please may you tell me the cause of my turtles death and what maybe
the green shell issue. Write Back =)
