I am thinking of buying some Turtles but i dont want one that will grow too big. Can you tell me what type of Turtle i should look for?

Answer
The smallest commonly available turtles are some of the Painted Turtles, Reeves Turtle, and the American Mud and Musk Turtles.
Even these guys will get to about 6-7" long.

If you want to go smaller, you will need to look at things like the Eastern Box Turtle at about 4-5".
