humidity

Hi
I have a redfoot and yellow tortoise.they have a custom built wooden pen.the top is screen.I have a sunpower light.two heat emitters.night moonlight bulb.
my question is humidity.I been spraying but it don't stay long.what about those mini humidifiers?if so what brand would work?should it be cool mist or warm vapor?

What is a "sunpower light"?

I would need to know much more before making a recommendation. You haven't answered enough background, like whether this is an indoor or outdoor pen, what part of country you reside, the pens dimensions, the substrate you use...that's why I have instructions to questioners.
