Gray Banded Kingsnake

Question
I have retired from teaching and had a Gray Banded Kingsnake in my classroom for the children to see.  When I retired two years ago nobody wanted the snake so I took the snake home with me.  My concern is that the snake has not eaten since the summer (approx 2 months).  I don't know if there is something wrong with the snake or is this a usual occurrence.  Also, the snake seems a bit thinner to me.  Any assistance that you could give to me would be greatly appreciated

Answer
I have wanted one of those snakes for awhile...but don't have the money to get one. Gorgeous.

Back to the question. That is about the time that it would start going into hibernation or brumation as it's called for reptiles. Has his activity levels changed at all? Is he still shedding? Is he still pooping the urea (The while part of the feces)?  As long as he is still active, shedding, and going to the bathroom, he should be fine.
