Uromastyx Lizard Whole body swollen...HELP

I have two year old Egyption Uromastyx Lizard and he has continually on and off had his whole body swell and even around his neck. But after he has a BM he seems to get better. Tonight he is sooo swollen that he is occasionally breathing with his mouth open. i do not know what to do and do not have money to take to vet. Is there anything i can do to help before getting money to take him in??

Do you have a picture of him?  
What is your tank setup like?  What are the temperatures in the tank, & do you use a digital probe or a temp gun to measure the temperatures?  The basking spot needs a range of 115-125 with a cooler end of around 78-82 roughly.
Are you using a UVB light?  If so, what type & brand is it, a fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?
What are you feeding him currently?  
The open mouth breathing could be an indication of a respiratory infection.  He might not be warm enough.
Do you know what the humidity levels are in the tank?
