not sure if you know about fat tail geckos but help if you can.
my cousin didn't take care of it. its the age between 1 and 2.small tail is super small. he has no toes left. one back leg is white. doesn't eat on its own. feeding it phenix worms and crikets(forcing). with seringe giving it water with calcium in it. one eye wont open. one opens sometimes.im stuck no idea what to do.plz help if you can

Aww, man. Poor little guy.
You will definately want to take him to a vet asap. What you are doing for it sounds good, it should help. The vet might give you something stronger as well, which can help him recover much quicker.

I'm not sure why he is missing toes and has the white back leg, but I'm sure it all has to do with not having the right food and lighting. Calcium deficientcies cause a lot of damage, and it could be what you are describing. It could also be a Vitamin A defieciency, I'm not sure of it's affect on geckos but I know it makes turtles have eye issues, such as being incapable to open them and if bad enough permanent blindness.

Definatly have a vet check it out though, they should know exactly what to do and what treatments need to be done. Something might need to be done with the back leg, maybe amputation or something, depending on it's mobility.
