Question
I have an adult leopard gecko in a 10 gallon tank. i have a moss hide and a rock hideout. i use a 50 watt bulb with a 4 watt heat pad, which keeps a day temp. at 80 to 90 degrees during the day, in these circumstances can i put any other specie of lizard or frog together with the gecko??? thanks for your time!

Answer
Hello Gary,

No, it is not advisable to put different species together.  You could put another leopard gecko in as long as it isn't 2 males.
Zoonosis is a big concern so that is one main reason not to mix species, other than the husbandry being slightly different from species to species.
