My lepard spotted gecko

My leopard spotted gecko is turning grayish white I don't know what to do.

Your gecko is preparing to shed.  Make sure his tempertures are right, his humid hide is properly damp, that the tank is well misted, and perhaps a rough stone is available for him to rub against.  Do not help him shed.  And after he removes the shed, allow him to eat it.
