Blazzing Blizzard Gecko

We have a mail blazzing blizzard gecko that we purchased 9 months ago.  He is well fed and watered, his tail is nice and thick and his eyes are clear of infections.  That being said, where the "v" shape is on his underside, it looks like his penis (do they have one) is sticking out.  Is this normal?  He has been curling up and licking it.  I will be giving him a luke warm bath shortly but have you ever heard of anything like this?

Please take him to a vet right away.  It looks like his hemipenes has prolapsed if it not going back into his vent. wrapping his bottom in gauze or clean cloth soaked in tepid sugar water solution will keep the organ moist and free of grit, clean and the sugar will reduce inflammation.
