2007 ball python. A.S.A.P

Hello. I have just checked on my ball python and noticed something is hanging out of her back end its pink and looks like it may be part of her insides. what should i do.

It is a female, you are certain??  How large is it?  It could possibly be a prolapse of a kidney or an intestine.  
Has she been feeding normally & what are you feeding f/t rats?  
Do you know of a good herp vet around?  That is something that needs to be treated by a vet for an emergency.  Try  www.herpvetconnection.com
Are there any bulges or distended areas in the midsection of the belly area?
What is your setup like, heating, etc??
