Hi Sandra

Can I give my Hermann Tortoises cooked cabbage and cauli as they won't eat it raw. I have grown the weed seeds but they will not eat them they only eat romain lettuce, lambs lettuce, cucumber, pak choi and the dried pellets.

Actually you do NOT want to be feeding either Cauliflower or Cabbage to your tortoises
It will bind the calcium and they won't be able to process it

Try feeding some of the things on this lost and see if they go for those food items  with more gusto
