Sick MHD and company

Question
Hi Mick.  I did very much research before buying my first male MHD(Rubin).  I take extremely good care of him according to online standards.  He is always a great color and has an amazing personality.  I use a glass enviornment, roughly 3.5ft long 2ft tall 1.5ft deep.  In the enviornment has 2 thick branches as tall as the structure, 1 small rock, bark substrate, a water bowl that is large enough to soak in, but not large enough to drown, and an air stone to provide moving water.  I use Repti-safe in all water that I use for him, ReptoCal D3 vitamin(for the crickets, which is the only thing I have been feeding him), I soak him twice a week, spray the enviornment with water 2-3x per day, and provide about 12 crickets every 6 days.  I do not use UVB as reccomended by the store I purchased him from, who was also unable to provide me with ages.  Every thing that I do has been reccomended to me.
I have been having such great sucess with him that I decided to adopt a female. This MHD is EXTREMELY dark and I have been unable to accomadate her as I live in a very small town that is in a state that doesn't seem to have a single herp vet, no matter how persistantly I have seeked one.  She doesn't eat, drink water, and wont leave the bottom of the enviornment.  She is far too flighty to touch with her comfort even though I have grabbed her and forced her to soak every day. Given that I can not locate an appropriate veteranarian, I am at a loss and extremely stressed myself that I can't appropriately care for her.  Giving her back to the pet store from which I aquired her would be extremely detrimental, as they have no idea what they are doing.  I am begging for help on this matter.
Further more, I am worried that she is chalk full of parasites.  I don't know if the illness is communicable to other lizards, so I haved purchased an alternate home for Rubin.  I provide all of the same accomodations for him.  Please help answer my questions and tell me if anything that I am doing is wrong.  I love these animals and would go to any lenght to care for them.  I appreciate any advice, no matter how hasrh.  My only care is the animal itself.  Thank you very much!

Answer
Thanks for trying to provide enough background. You missed some essentials though, and I will require those before we move on. Please see the instructions again and provide what info is missing here. I would also like to know why exactly someone at the pet store told you that you did not need UVB for this lizard? You admit they don't know what they are doing, but you are taking advice from them.

I assume this is a Mountain Horned Dragon? I prefer to see it written out so that there is no confusion here.

Also, what city and state are you in?
