Question
i had bought two fat tailed skunk geckos, one male and one female... they were acting fine until the next night... they wouldnt eat they just slept and i checked their water bowl and they havent been drinking their water... i figured that they were tired of their small space so the next day i went out and bought a 10 gallon tank with a fake long for them to go inside of and ever since they went in the log they havent came out and they are not eating nor drinking... what is wrong with them? Also the female is much larger than the female is the normal? or is she pregnant? please let me know what could  be wrong with my babies... thank you.

Answer
Not eating is of course not normal.  When and what are you trying to feed them?  They are nocturnal carnivores.  Drinking is not something they do a lot of so don't worry too much about that.  Almost all fat-tails are wild caught, so there is no way to know how old your geckos are so I can't comment on size.  I would recommend a fecal float test be performed by your local vet to check for internal parasites as most imported fattails have a bunch.
