Question

Froglet
I bought a tadpole from Petland. They told me he was either a Pig Frog or a Bull Frog and I still can't tell what my froglet is. He's feet are webbed. He's underside is all white. Can you tell me what type of frog he is and what he will eat? Thanks!

Answer
Identity I can't help with (try the amphibian forum).  Diet is easy. frogs are opportunistic carnivores.  Basically anything that walks by and might fit in their mouth!  Bugs, worms, small rodents.  Right now fish food and brine shrimp would be what I would suggest.  How much did Petland charge you for an animal they themselves couldn't even identify?
