my bearded dragon isnt pooping regulary

Hi my name is Crystal and I have been having my bearded dragon for almost a year. I have had it since it was a baby and everything has been going just fine... but recently I have noticed that she has not been pooping a lot and I cant seem to figure out why. her cage temp stays at about 95, she eats her veggies and her meal worms, and I put fresh water in her cage every day! she seems alert and seems to have energy but I am not sure if she is pooping enough. what should I do?

Hello Crystal,

We should go over your tank setup, just to make sure everything is good.
What type & brand of UVB light do you use, a fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  How old is the UVB light?
What are the temperatures in the tank, & what type of thermometer do you use?  A round stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
Meal worms are ok for a treat, but they are not a very good nutrition wise & are too fatty.  Crickets, roaches or superworms are normal staples & are more nutritious.  You can also get silkworms or butterworms.  
Are you supplementing with calcium several times per week?  Do you have any pictures of her?
She could be trying to slow down or brumate since it is coming into fall & winter time now.
