Hi, My rabbit has recently had Ear Mites, but is all cleared up now. Do you know, can the Mites transfer over to Humans? Thanks, Hannah :)

Dear Hannah,

The species of mites that inhabit rabbits cannot be transmitted to humans.  Even if one got on you, you're the wrong host, and the parasite would soon die.
