keeping rabbits out

I just wondered if there is the rabbit equivalent of a cattle grate for rabbits. The only way they get into my yard (I think) is through the driveway and I got to wondering if a line of 6 or so metal pipes replacing the drain culvert might be sufficient to keep them on the lovely green shoulder rather than in my ornamentals. Plus it would work for deer!

The only effective deterrent I have run across is hardware cloth attached to the fence where the bunnies can't dig under it.  If your yard is all open, I can't think of any effective way to keep them out.

Rabbits can get into fairly small spaces, especially baby bunnies, and unless the metal pipes have something across both ends you are likely to still get bunnies in the yard.
