i wanted to know what this is and what may have cause it also wanted to know if having babies 3 weeks ago could cause it too thanks daren

The stress of having a litter will not *cause* the problem, but it can predispose a bunny to exhibit symptoms from a previously "under control" infestation of mange mites.  Fortunately, this is easily treated with Revolution (selamectin) from the vet.  You can find a good rabbit vet here:
