How do you know if a rabbit is pregnent?
And when should I put her in a different
cage?

Answer
Mostly you know if she has been with a buck. There is a method to palpate but it is dangerous for mother and babies if done by someone inexperianced.   She needs to go into a seperate cage at 28 days or when she gets cranky with the buck - whichever comes first.
