I have 2 rabbits that are in the house with us. We have kept them in the same cage since we got them. They were both very young when we got them.
I know the for certain "Pops" is a male and was pretty certain that "Bunny Fu Fu" was a girl, up until the last couple of weeks. "Pops" has been trying to "hump" "Bunny Fu Fu" for a while now but cannot seem to get the right end. Now "Bunny Fu Fu" has started this and gets the right end and he just lets her to it. My husband and I noticed the other night something pink sticking out back behind her when she is laying down. What we see is something about 1 to 1 1/2" long, but when I tried to investigate this "she" wouldn't let me get near her. Right now "she" is doing this and "he" is getting wet on the back end. Ok... so is "she" just being dominate or do I REALLY have a male?  Help...

it sounds like Bunny Fu Fu is a male. Females do not have pink things sticking out an inch to an inch and a half back there.  That is roughly the size of an aroused male.

You should also see a scrotal sac back there with testicles.  It may not be really visible all the time, as males can pull them back up into their body.  

Two males will do this, but it is a dominance thing rather than a sexual thing.  One bunny will always be the dominant one (and this can change over time or even a certain event).  But the dominant one will sometimes exert his dominance in such a display.  The fact that your rabbits are not neutered (I'm assuming this as you didn't mention it) makes this behavior more common and possibly more aggressive.  

I would suggest getting both of your rabbits neutered (not just one).  YOu need to find an experienced rabbit vet if you don't have one already, and you can go to the House Rabbit Society web site:

and find one in your area.  Rabbits are a lot more delicate than dogs and cats - you need one that has lots of success with rabbits to ensure they come through surgery okay.
