Nesting Box & Pregnancy

Question
I believe my sister's rabbit is going to give birth pretty soon, (maybe a week or so) and I read somewhere that we have to put a nesting box in the cage. What can I use for a nesting box and is there anything I have to put in it?
Also, our rabbit, Sasha, who we think is pregnant, I was looking at her breathing today (she was lying flat) and I saw something move inside her. Is that the babies moving in her or is it something else? I mean is that a sign that she is DEFINETLY pregnant?
Thank You For Your Help In Advance.

Answer
hi janea-as long as the doe has got plenty of hay and straw in the cage she will make her own nest and a box is not required
its not usual to see the babies moving in the doe but sometimes you can, treat her as being pregnant and see how it goes.
