Question
Hi. I'm thinking about leaving my rabbits outside.Ever since I had them, they've been living inside. I'd like them to live in this beautiful shed that I built for them thats filled with lots of toys outside.I've been trying to cover the walls of the shed with newspaper so the wind won't hurt the rabbits. I'm also afraid that they might be afraid of noises and stuff. Well my question is how can i make my two rabbits first night outside feel homier?

Answer
Well, it depends on the climate you live in and what predators you have in your area.  If you have dogs or cats or hawks or snakes or raccoons your rabbits are not going to feel safe and homey.

If the shed has a cement floor and solid wooden walls and a solid lock, then the rabbits should feel safe and not have a problem.

You might also look at http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabhaz.html#outdoor to make sure you have all the seasons covered, since rabbits can easily suffer from heatstroke in the summer.
