My rabbit is acting very strange.

Hello,
     I bought me rabbit around 2 or 3 years go.I read one book on how to feed and make it feel at home on its 1st day, I did not realise there were more problems then that.Resently i notised there were patches missing on his back. they are shorter then the rest of his bodyk,and then after that every time I try to pick him up, or , pet him or , just let him sit on my lap hes been  shivering or, evern shaking and i dont know why. Please i want to make my bunny feel right a home and i want him to love me cause i hear they are loving pets.
