my bunnies death

hi my bunny just yesterday was lethargic all day which is not like her at all. she had very poopy bum which i cleaned but she was having runny poos all day. she was on a year and a half angoran rabbit. she was beautiful. she peed right before i put her in her cage at the end, she sat there with her head lolling then was jumping frantically adn looked like she was in a lot of pain and then she just stopped moving. i was wondering if you could help me? she ate well, pet food from walmart with lots of hay and vegetables and i dunno, i looked around and there was nothing she could have eating out of the ordinary that i could see.

I am very sorry about your loss.

Unfortunately, any number of things could cause the very typical signs of illness your bunny was showing near the end.  When a rabbit acts this sick, she must be taken to a good rabbit vet IMMEDIATELY.  I know this comes too late, but please read the following articles completely to know what might have happened:

Only a post mortem exam with histopathology on major organs and tissues might reveal the cause of death.  Without that, it must remain a mystery.  If you want to have this done, you can find a good rabbit vet here:
