Hair under chin

Question
Tonight when I was feeding my lop, I noticed she had a spot under her chin that looks like she had pulled the hair off from. This spot is about the size of a gulf ball and does not have any hair at all. Any ideas as to what could have caused this or what we should do?

Could she have gotten it wet and the hair all fell out?  Maybe a fungal infection?
