Question
i have a male bunny(already neutered) already and i couldn't agree more about breeding i think it should be left up to the PRO'S. Someone came into my store with a bunny his ears tucked back and eyes open but not wide open. I gave him some kitten formula and i feed him once and another time that day (5 minutes for 1-2 times a day) This morning i woke up to check on him to see if he was hungry but he scared me he hardly moved i guess he was hard asleep. How old is he? and when he or she gets older could i put this he or she with my male rabbit he is a small to medium size full grown rabbit. I have the baby rapped up in warm blankets in a tank with a bunch of shirt so he or she can snuggle.. Can you give me tips please of maybe a vet. in Georgia PLEASE? THANKS

Answer
Hello Regina
Well I cant answer your question about age  cause I need to see the rabbit to try & determine its age.
if its eyes are open it is probably over 12 days old.
it sounds like it is bearly 2 weeks old  so it may have a very hard time surviving.
feed as you are but only 2 times a day about 2 droper full of formula.
Also start to add water  ASAP & see if it drinks on its own.
Dont know any vet in the GA. area.
sorry.
I would not suggest you house ANY rabbits together.
Good luck
Dan
