Mini Rex with diarrea

Question
I have a one year old mini rex female and my 11-yr old daughter and I (it's her rabbit) have noticed that the animal has diarrhea type symptoms but aren't sure how to treat.

Instead of "poop balls" she has poop consistent with little mini ears of corn.  She doesn't drink much of her water bottle though it's changed daily.  She is let out of the hutch on nice days to run around (though this past week it's been raining every day) in a large caged area but we can't leave her out to run in the backyard freely due to dogs living on all four sides of us in the other backyards and gaps under the fence surrounding the property we rent.

I am wondering if she is "depressed" or lonely?  Is there something physically wrong with her?  Not sure how to go about treating the animal or figuring out what's wrong with her.

Answer
This can sometimes be cause by an unbalanced diet, if she is eating lots of greens but little hay, then you will have a runnier poo than what is considered normal, I suggest upping her hay (make sure it is grass hay like prairie, timothy etc, not alfalfa as this might make it worse) and try to lay off the greens for a week or so (this includes grass) , if it has been rainy lately and she hasn't been out, i would suggest keeping her in for the next 4-5 days just to be on the safe side.  This also includes any sort of treats. So as for feeding for the next week it needs to be just pellets and hay.

Also keep a close eye on her, at the first sign of weight loss, change in eating/drinking habits, please take your bun to the vet, Rabbits being prey animals are very good at hiding illnesses so as owners we have to be extra watchful about their habits.
