bloddy urine

i have a female rabbit, she's about 3 years old, recently i've been seeing blood in her urine. what does this mean?
also because i think she's pregnant, around October 1st or 2nd, i caught her in the act with our neighbour's male rabbit. maybe she's pregnant? however, could pregnancy be the cause of her bloody urine?
