getting to know my new rabbit

Question
Hi. i just got a 3 month old holland lop rabbit and brought him home today. i
was wondering how i can get him to trust me and feel comfortable. when i put
him in his cage he did his fair share of exploration. now about 6 hours later hes
just sitting in the back. i tried to pet him and pick him up but he didnt really go
for it. he has eaten but hasnt drank any water yet and im a bit worried. i have a
bottle for him but he hasnt even gone near it. what should i do?

Hi Xander,
you're doing all the right things,just give him a couple days of quiet with no picking him up.,..this will ensure his security in his new cage.  It won't be long until he's trusting and loving you...once a day offer treats of either carrot,apple,banana,oats,whole wheat bread....theses are all good choices.
