my daughters bunny just turned 1. and we found some blood in cage . it was mostly on foot so we thought maybe she pulled her nail. after never saw blood again. then a couple weeks later at night she was running in her cage let out a scream and died. what may have happend shiuld i get a test done or just let her rest in peace my little girl is so hart broken we found a loving animal that she was not allergic to and she ella (bunny) touch all are hearts . can you please help as to what might of happen ?

Dear Megan,

The blood spot and your bunny's sudden death may or may not be related.  But without a post-mortem exam by an experienced rabbit vet, there is just no way to know for sure why she died.  You can find a good vet here, if you decide you need that peace of mind:
