outside baby bunnies in very cold weather

Question
I have 4 baby bunnies they are almost 4 weeks on sat. It has been snowing and very cold -5 outside I could not keep them outside , but now want temp. COULD i take them back out side IF I DO.?

Outside is ok, as long as they are covered good from the wind and elements. They are old enough now that they should not be affected by cold temperatures as bad as newborns.
