If your unspayed female rabbit is in with your un-neutered male rabbit then she is most likely pregnant.

You need to separate her from the other rabbits.  Give her a box made out of untreated pine or a commercial metal nest box.  If she is small enough you can use one of those plastic storage boxes like they sell at wal-mart.  Line the box with newspaper, place a few inches of aspen chips over the newspaper and then put hay over the chips.  She should be in an enclosed cage at this point for a few reasons.  She needs a safe place to have the babies and 2nd she is most fertile right after she has them and can become pregnant again on the very same day she gives birth.

If you plan to keep them together and you don't want a bunch of babies you need to have the buck neutered at the very least.  If they aren't used for showing then there is really no reason to keep them unspayed/un-neutered.  It only causes unwanted pregnancies.

If she stops eating or her breathing gets worse and she is like that for more than a few hours with no babies then please take her to the nearest exotic animal vet or hospital.

Thank you and I hope she does ok
