my rabbit dosnt like me

My two flop eared rabbits are really scared of people and me how do i get them to let me hold them with out them scratching me and attempting to bite me?

Time and a lot of patience will be needed to bring these rabbits round.

What sex are they?

Try wrapping them in a towel, and holding them for a few minutes

Ideally pick the bun up and give it a tasty treat then put him or her down and give another tasty treat, this will help enforce the belief that being held is nothing to be scared of.
