my rabit had a white stool

Question
I live in Puerto Rico and there are no vets with a vas knowledge in rabbots. I have a bunny of about 1 1/2 months old. because of my lack of knowledge i changed her food (pellets) to a mixed variety of pellets, hay, and vegetables. she started to have a little bit of diarhea so i took her to the bet vet i tcould find. he told me to medicate her with albon two times per day. i followed the instructions til the medication was over and the problem stopped. about three days from tha, i found a normal-sized stool full of white stuff, like if it were a chalk. she ate the food i gave her on day time but when i tried to fed her at night she wouldn't eat, drink much, poop, or urinate. i dont know if it because is late or if she's sick.  she's not showing any signs of pain, but she's not as active as she was(even at night).i would appreciate if you could help me.                                          thanks, and sorry for the spelling.

Answer
Dear Estefania,

It sounds as if your bunny might have gotten into something and eaten it.  Did she perhaps chew on drywall or other non-food item?  I cannot imagine any type of normal food turning her stool white.

Please be sure she gets plenty of oral fluids (water) and lots of fresh, wet greens, if she'll eat them.  It would be best if you could get her to a rabbit vet,  but I'm not sure we have any listings in your area.  Please try:

For the runny stool, please see:

I hope this helps.
