Answer
Hi,

I don't have enough info from you.  I would strongly suggest, based on what you have told me, to get your rabbit in to a good rabbit vet right away.  Personally I'd keep them inside as you can find out about health problems a lot sooner when you know them better and they are around you a lot more often.

I would suspect she either has an infection or injury that is causing her pain (and when rabbits find it painful to move, they don't eat), and/or she has a dental problem that you are unaware of that makes it painful for her to eat.  I'd say it is more likely a dental problem because of the water.

Please, you really need to get her in to a good rabbit vet immediately.  Go to:

www.rabbit.org/vets/vets.html

for a House Rabbit Society-recommended vet near you.  They are great and vets with lots of rabbit experience determine problems quicker and save you time and money, and get your rabbit healthy quicker.
