lump under chin

My rabbit Mocha is developing a lump under his chin although it is soft I'm not sure if that is natural for a male, because I read that it was natural for a female.

Answer
On a female, as they mature, they develop a dewlap. It is an extra bunch of loose skin that they can pull fur from for nesting. Is it a lump, or like a double-chin on  a human? The dewlaps look like a human's double chin. If so, you may want to make sure it is a male. If it is a male, and it is a lump; I would get it checked by a vet.
