Question
I have a 4 month old male for the last 3 days he has been at univeristy of tennessee vet er. We took him there because he started throwing up and having diarrhea,we rushed him there he was very dh and temp was 98 they started iv fluids and gave reglan for nausa, they also done blood work and a ultra sound,we thought he may have a blockage but the test showed no blockage, thought that they were going to do a barium test on him but two days later no test. we were very disappointed with the care they gave our baby we removed him from there today and he was in worst shape than he was when we brought him in.
he was still throwing up and having diarrhea when i removed him his temp was 98 and was very sick he was barely ALIVE! But my ? is his throwup is yellow and i didnt know if u had any input it would be grately app..
he is know at lenoir city animal clinic and we got his temp up to 102 and gave him serna to coat his stomach my # is 865-776-5598 if u or any one can help we would love the help. the family of butterbean would be grateful

I'm sorry to hear about your baby and I hope he gets better quickly.

My first hunch is accidental poisoning. Pigs can and do get into just about everything.

I will ask my contacts, and see if anyone has any suggestions. I am not a vet myself. What did the blood work suggest?
