want a mini pig

hello, i've been wanting a miniature pot bellied pig for longer than i can say! i have a miniature farm in upstate ny, where i have mini horses, pygme goats, soon getting a babydoll lamb, and a cat!  I would love to get a miniature pig as i am most attracted to the miniature breed animals as they are more manageable for me. However, i cannot afford thousands for a pig, but i'm afraid that if i buy from just anyone i will end up with a huge and unmanageable pig. any suggestions? thanks. nancy

If a 150 to 250 pound pig is not in your plans I suggest you save up and get a Royal Dandie.  You will save  more money in feed which will more than makes up the difference in cost in a very short time.
Dandies are much easier to handle than the larger breeds.
