Question
actually it is not growing and do not eat much. i give him banana and rice and tomatoes.also some milk .but it is not growing it is also having warm body i suspect fever .what should i do? i am worried .please help me so that i do not loose him. also tell me about the feed.

Answer
Your not feeding him properly. Stop with the milk for starters.
Is he acting sick?  He isnt eating much because your not offering him much to eat. Rats like variety.  He needs whole grains, vegetables, some fruits and even meats. Dairy is something they can do without. They should have access to feed at all times, leaving the hard food such as the rodent blocks, down for them to eat when they want.
Also, most rats body temps are higher than ours. They have a high metabolism which is why they dont live as long as we would like them to live.

To learn about proper diet, please read this right away about what to feed him. Let me know what you think after you have read it.

Also, what litter do you use? Pine and cedar are not good to use and same for corn cob bedding.  Does he have a big cage? Does he have a cagemate to live with?
