fed rats sweet potatoes

I fed my rats raw sweet potato two days ago before finding this website.   What reactions should I be watching for?

I would not worry if you only gave it to them once. This would have to be fed to them more than once in order for the substance to build up in the stomach in order to cause illness.  Just be sure to avoid raw sweet potato or anything raw for that matter, from now on.
