Hi there...I am hoping you can answer my questions because it really has me worrying...!

I Have 2 male rats left out of 16.
The female had 12x babies we sold 2 but then 11 died in one day. Then the female died today, which was a week after the babies died. The males are fine but we lost the rest. There were no signs of death. When they finally did die, they had blood coming out of their noses and out of their genitals. I would really like to know what it is that caused their deaths as my kids are wanting answers.

I would have to do a necropsy to know what killed them.  If I told you anything else, it would be guessing.

I guess so I dont leave you hanging, I can say it was birth trauma to both mother and pups...but again, without their bodies being tested, this is only a guess.
